 | Fleet 46 sails most weekends during the summer. Keep an eye on the website to find out what the planned location is. Favourite venues are Manly Beach, Narrowneck Beach and Takapuna Beach Takapuna Boating Club also runs a regular sunday race programme, as well as a number of Fleet Regattas each season. During the season racing starts at 12:30pm most Sundays. Courses are laid off Takapuna Beach, generally in the area of water between the beach and Rangitoto Island. Depending on the wind, the race officer will schedule 2 or 3 starts each day. Apart from the regular club sailing, the Fleet also participates in a number of special regattas during the season. |
